We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or padded mailers with a generic return address that does not mention 'smoke shop' or 'glassware'.
What is your policy on broken items upon arrival?
While we pack our glass with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the broken product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact our support team for a replacement.
Do I need to be of a certain age to purchase?
Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any items from our store. We utilize age verification software at checkout to comply with federal and state regulations.
